WorkJam has named Diane Randolph, the former chief information officer of Ulta Beauty, to the company’s board of directors. “Randolph, a seasoned retail and technology executive, brings decades of leadership experience in digital transformation, omnichannel strategy, supply chain innovation, and customer engagement,” the company said. Aside from holding the chief information officer position at Ulta Beauty from 2014 to 2020, Randolph served as CIO at Reitmans Canada Limited.
